Acceptance of Terms: By using our bat rolling services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

 

Service Description: We provide bat rolling services designed to enhance the performance of composite baseball and softball bats by breaking in the composite fibers. Our services aim to improve the bat's flexibility, sweet spot, and overall performance.

 

Liability Disclaimer: While we strive to provide high-quality rolling services, Metrolina Bomb Bats shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Damage to the bat during the rolling process.

• Reduced lifespan or durability of the bat.

• Incompatibility with league regulations or rules.

• Performance outcomes not meeting customer expectations.

• Any injuries sustained as a result of using a bat that has been rolled.

Re-Roll Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the performance of your bat after our rolling service, please contact us within 30 days. We will re-roll the bat at no additional cost to address any performance concerns. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

Limitations: Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of the bat after rolling, or the accuracy of performance improvements.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the bat is suitable for rolling and meets all league and tournament regulations. We are not responsible for any consequences of using a bat that has been altered or modified.

Injuries: Metrolina Bomb Bats is not responsible for any injuries that may occur due to the use of a bat that has been rolled. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the bat is used properly and safely in accordance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
